3 tbsps Lemon Juice
Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
3 Carrots (small, chopped)
1 1/2 cups Snap Peas (trimmed)
Recipe:
In a food processor, combine the peas, dill, yogurt, oil, feta cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until creamy.
Serve with the carrots and snap peas and enjoy!
More Notes:
Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to five days.
Serving Size: One serving is approximately 1/4 cup of dip and 1/2 cup of veggies.
