Ingredients: 4 servings
1 Avocado (medium)
1 cup Frozen Edamame (thawed)
1 Lime (medium, juiced)
2 tbsps Cilantro (chopped)
1/4 tsp Chili Flakes (plus extra for garnish)
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
Recipe:
Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until you reach your desired consistency, smooth or chunky. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water to thin. Serve and enjoy!

Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two days.
Serving Size: One serving is approximately 1/3 cup.
More Flavor: Add diced tomato and red or white onion.
